If you have already confirmed all of your suppliers, and require someone to take the reins at this point, then this package is for you, allowing you to enjoy the lead up to your special day. This package also includes on the day expertise, coordination and set up requirements.

This service needs to be booked 2 months prior to wedding day.

  • Cross checking every element of your wedding

  • Confirm all suppliers and vendors

  • Ensure suppliers and vendors arrive in a timely manner

  • Run sheet, timings and program creation

  • On the day coordination and set up of styling elements and third party hire items

  • On the day logistics and organization of vendors, bridal party and guest management

  • Unlimited phone calls, emails, catch-ups, site visits and meetings!

At Venue: $1000

At Private Property | Tent or Marquee: $1200

This service is a fixed fee. Any vendor prices, and hard costs in relation to the execution of the event (printing, florists, furniture, etc.) will be an additional cost.

COMPLETE PLANNING & STYLING PACKAGE

After an initial consultation and agreeing on a style, we take the lead and create the best day of your life, from start to finish.

This service includes complete styling and planning, we will be with you every step of the way with this package to allow you to enjoy your engagement, while ensuring your wedding day will be meticulously executed. The package presented is completely customisable so as to create your dream wedding day.

  • Venue scouting based on clients requirements and style

  • A styling mood board and guide

  • Creation and management of wedding budget

  • Sourcing of all vendors and suppliers (photographer, videographer, celebrant, hair, makeup, transport, entertainment, etc)

  • Complete liaison and communication between the venue and all confirmed vendors, and suppliers

  • Attending any appointments with the venue, caterers, entertainment providers, or any other booked suppliers

  • Graphic design style guide for all stationary (save the dates, invitations, place cards, menus, etc.)

  • Invitation and RSVP management

  • Confirm all suppliers and vendors arrive in a timely manner

  • Run sheet, timings and program creation, as well as private itineraries for the bride and groom

  • On the day coordination and set up of styling elements and third party hire items

  • On the day logistics and organization of vendors, bridal party and guest management
